DiffCI

Public service terms

Terms of use

Scope

These terms govern use of the public DiffCI website and the unauthenticated hosted MCP endpoint at https://diffci.com/mcp. Separate written agreements govern any separately purchased or private DiffCI services.

What the hosted endpoint does

The hosted endpoint provides stateless guidance: it can plan local DiffCI commands, interpret a report supplied by a caller, and review one supplied GitHub Actions workflow document. It cannot read a caller's repository, execute tests, change a workflow, or approve a deployment.

Your responsibilities

Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass its access controls. Review every command before running it in your environment. DiffCI guidance and selected-test evidence do not replace the checks, review, security controls, or release decisions required by your project.

Availability and changes

The public service is provided as available and may change, be limited, or be withdrawn. DiffCI may update these terms by publishing an updated effective date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Open-source software

The local DiffCI CLI and related open-source components are separately licensed. Their license terms apply when you install, copy, modify, or distribute them. See the DiffCI repository for source and license notices.

Data and support

See Data handling for the information DiffCI handles and how to make a privacy or deletion request. For product, support, or terms questions, use the contact form.
